Reward Redemption Approvals

Parent PIN Security
Your Parent PIN is the key to all administrative actions in StudySparks. It protects task approvals, reward management, and account settings from student access.
Set your PIN during account creation
You'll be prompted to create a 4–6 digit PIN when you first set up your account. This PIN is stored securely and never visible to students.
Required for all admin actions
Approving tasks, applying streak shields, adjusting study gates, and modifying reward costs all require PIN confirmation.
Reset via email verification
Forgot your PIN? Go to Account Settings → Security → Reset Parent PIN. You'll verify via your registered email and set a new PIN instantly.
Students cannot bypass the PIN
PIN-protected screens are inaccessible from student accounts. There is no student-facing workaround or recovery path.
